The ETTA Junior Umpire Awards (JUA) have
recently been re-launched as one of the Volunteer Support Strategies
aims of getting more young people involved in umpiring.
The awards may be used as part of the General
Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) Table Tennis, CCPR Community Sports
Leader Award (CSLA), Duke of Edinburgh Awards, and TT Networker – Table Tennis
Youth Leadership Award.

A Youth Leadership Award for Table Tennis
called the TT Networker, which includes elements of coaching, umpiring and event
organisation is currently under development and will be available Aug/Sept. If
